Lila brings a unique blend of skills and passions to our team. As a full-spectrum doula, she offers compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Lila is deeply committed to promoting whole body wellness, guiding women and their families towards a balanced and healthy life that they can truly enjoy. Her approach combines ancestral and eastern methods, including herbal medicine tools and holistic measures, to enhance mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of clients. Her love for the vintage and raw aesthetic of film photography adds a creative touch to her work, capturing authentic moments that your family can cherish for generations to come.
Gretchen Sibley, POstpartum doula
As a mother of 4 herself and over 30 years of experience cooking for and running restaurants and catering business’, Gretchen thrives in environments where she can nurture clients through food. From prepping nutrient dense soups to fresh-baked breads, you can always feel the love put into her cooking. Her skills extend far beyond the kitchen as well and she is an expert at “Mothering the New Mother” with her soft and helpful energy and always goes the extra mile for her clients. Anything that you may need in the precious time that is postpartum, Gretchen will be there to lend you a helping hand.
